A collective of four consultants, all with different backgrounds. They all share the same values in their profession with focus on organization development and communication. BEYA is not keen to be the classical consultancy that just sells products and process to their clients. It rather is finding the right direction and method together with their clients.

MEANING
BUILDS
SHAPE

The core function of the visual identity of BEYA is based in 15 shapes. Those shapes are being used — similar to Gestalt psychology — to define emotions, matter and meaning. Two shapes combined can build one message and are being used to express things that cannot (yet) be said.

BRANDING
PRACTICE

Among BEYA and their clients the design was so well received that it became a tool in their daily practice: They use a set of cards with the shapes to form core messages within their workshops.
